We are active in the promotion of genealogy and the preservation of local history. We publish a newsletter six times a year. This newsletter encompasses Oswego County news and history.

Other publications include booklets on Dugway, Granby, Revolutionary War Soldiers Who Lived and Died in Oswego County and a cookbook containing remedies, recipes, and pictures of our "grandmothers" and their favorite recipes.

We are active in local workshops and county events, including the Oswego County Fair and the Oswego County Underground Railroad.

We hold monthly meetings which include two research nights per year. Meetings are free and open to the public.
